I Can't Say No to Myself

I Can't Say No to Myself is scheduled for release on July 11, 2026. The film centers on Zohar, a young dancer who arrives in Berlin to visit her best friend Shira. There she meets Gillen, a German poet, and together with Shira's boyfriend the four form a close-knit group. As the connection between Zohar and Gillen grows more intense, a violent incident exposes facets of each other they had not previously seen. Rather than part ways, the two attempt to repair their relationship, leading to an intimate and extreme event that reshapes them both. The film is presented as a portrait of young people navigating the distance between fantasy and reality while searching for belonging and meaning.
