By using incoming.to (“Incoming”, “we”, “our”) you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. We're based in Vietnam; this agreement is governed by the law of the country where the operator (Netlink Technology Global) is registered.

What Incoming is

Incoming aggregates publicly available release metadata for upcoming movies, TV, games, music, and books, and presents it with editorial context, ranking, and affiliate links to authorised retailers. We are not a retailer, distributor, or publisher of the works listed.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape the site at a rate that materially affects other users.
• Don't republish our editorial content (overviews, reviews, FAQ blocks) in bulk without written permission. Linking to entity pages is encouraged.
• Don't attempt to circumvent admin authentication or rate limits, or probe the site for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure conversation with us.
• Don't use the site to harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or third-party rights holders.

Intellectual property

Posters, trailers, cover art, and other promotional artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders (TMDb, RAWG, MusicBrainz, Cover Art Archive, OpenLibrary, and the original studios / publishers). Editorial copy authored or generated for Incoming is licensed CC BY-NC 4.0 — attribute and link, no commercial republishing without permission. The Incoming brand, layout, and code are © Netlink Technology Global.

Affiliate links

Some links on Incoming are affiliate links (Steam, Amazon, Fandango via CJ). We earn a commission on purchases made through them. Commission has no effect on ranking, editorial scoring, or what we choose to feature. The FTC-required disclosure appears alongside the “Where to buy” list on every affected page.

Accuracy

Release dates, prices, and availability change frequently — sometimes daily. We surface the most recent value our sources publish, but we don't guarantee correctness. Always confirm with the retailer before purchasing. If you spot a wrong date, an incorrect title, or content that violates a third-party right, email hello@incoming.to.

Disclaimer of warranty

Incoming is provided “as is”. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the availability, completeness, or fitness of the site for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally — when we do, the “Last updated” date above changes and material changes are noted in the next newsletter. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
