DMCA & Copyright
Last updated · 27 April 2026
Incoming respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe content displayed on incoming.to infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to hello@incoming.to with the subject line “DMCA Takedown”. We act on valid notices within three (3) business days.
What to include in a takedown notice
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, author, registration number if any).
- The exact URL(s) on incoming.to where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your contact information — full legal name, postal address, telephone number, email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act on behalf of the owner, of the right being infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If we've removed material you posted or that links to your work, and you believe the takedown was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with the same six elements adapted for the counter-notice context. Send it to the same email; we'll forward it to the original complainant and, absent a court order, restore the material within 10–14 business days.
Repeat infringers
Accounts (including admin panel accounts) found to be repeat infringers will be terminated. Editor edits that introduce infringing material will be reverted.
About the catalogue
The metadata Incoming displays — titles, release dates, cast lists, posters, cover art, trailers — is sourced from public APIs run by TMDb, RAWG, MusicBrainz, Cover Art Archive, and OpenLibrary. Posters and cover art are hotlinked under those services' published terms. If you are the rights holder of an image and want it removed altogether (rather than in a specific entity context), contact those services directly for removal at source — we will mirror the removal once it propagates, but in the meantime please email us with the URL and we'll mask the image on Incoming.
