Privacy Policy

Incoming (incoming.to) is operated by Netlink Technology Global. This page describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we never touch. If something is unclear or you want a copy / deletion of any data we hold on you, email hello@incoming.to.

What we collect

• Newsletter email. When you subscribe, your address is stored at Buttondown (our newsletter provider) and used only to send the newsletter you opted into. Unsubscribe links sit at the bottom of every email.
• Aggregate analytics. Plausible records anonymous, cookieless pageview counts. Vercel records anonymous Core Web Vitals samples. Neither stores an identifier we can map back to you.
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user-agent, path, status) are retained for up to 30 days for abuse and reliability triage, then deleted.
• Advertising (when enabled). If we display advertising via Google AdSense or another ad network, those vendors may set cookies or use device identifiers to serve relevant ads. We surface a consent prompt before any ad script loads, and you can opt out at any time from the prompt or your browser settings.

What stays in your browser

Your watchlist, recent searches, theme preference, and in-progress comparisons live in your browser's local storage. They never reach our servers. Clear your browser storage to wipe them.

What we never collect

• User accounts, passwords, or behavioural profiles tied to an identifier.
• Tracking cookies of our own. Plausible is cookieless.
• Sensitive categories (health, finances, political views, etc.).

Third parties we share data with

• Buttondown — newsletter delivery (your email only).
• Resend — operational email (only used for ops alerts to our own team, never to you).
• Plausible + Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights — anonymous traffic + performance telemetry.
• Supabase — managed Postgres host for our content database.
• Vercel — application hosting and CDN.
• Advertising vendors — only with your consent and only for serving ads.

Your rights

If you're in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with a data-rights framework, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold on you. Email hello@incoming.to and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy materially, the “Last updated” date above changes and we note the change in the next newsletter. Subscribers who opted into the newsletter will see a summary; non-subscribers should re-check this page.
