Wishlist for Superagüi

Wishlist for Superagüi (Lista de Desejos para Superagüi) is a Portuguese-language documentary from Estúdio Tijucas, scheduled for release on July 30, 2026. The film centers on Martelo, a 70-year-old fisherman who has not yet been able to retire. He operates as a lighthouse keeper, directing his light toward the island of Superagüi while the film documents his wishes: improved working conditions, a dignified retirement, and a return to a way of life he remembers from the past.
