Hill 338

Hill 338 is scheduled for release on August 6, 2026, produced by United King Films. The film is a comedy-romance presented as a tribute to the 1976 Israeli film Halfon Hill Doesn't Answer, marking the 50th anniversary of that production.

Set in the Great Rift Valley, the story follows Ran Shem Tov, a so-called disassembly officer assigned to shut down a small, isolated military base after the Chinese government offers Israel a substantial sum to route a new Silk Road through the site. The operation is complicated when an old bunker is discovered beneath the base — one whose original purpose no one can recall — and a series of unexplained events begins to delay the shutdown. The situation draws the base's soldiers into conflict with both internal and external forces.

The film is in Hebrew and is a United King Films production. Further distribution and platform details have not yet been announced.
