The Balkan Cowboy

The Balkan Cowboy, also known by its original title Balkanski kauboj, is a documentary film scheduled for release on August 17, 2026, from Invisible Thread Films. The film follows artist and filmmaker Dragana Jurišić as she enlists the help of locals from the small town of Bijelina to recreate the western films of Aljoš Musli — a self-taught director who worked under the name Hari Džekson.
