Still Standing, Still Stuffed

Still Standing, Still Stuffed, known in Slovak as Kuko, Drobček & Raťafák znovu zasahujú, is scheduled for release on August 6, 2026. The film is a Slovak production blending comedy, horror, and fantasy genres.

The premise centers on puppet characters who were beloved fixtures of children's television during its golden age but have since been largely forgotten. Decades after their heyday, these figures find themselves struggling to navigate the realities of contemporary life. When they reunite, they pursue what the film frames as an impossible mission: staging a comeback. The film draws on 80s synthwave aesthetics and mixes satire with nostalgia, using its puppet protagonists as a lens for examining aging, irrelevance, and the entertainment industry.
