My Little Hero

My Little Hero, also known by its Chinese title 我的小樹超人, is scheduled for release on August 7, 2026. The film is a Chinese-language drama centered on a solitary boy nicknamed Chubby, who spends his days eating, walking, and playing without companions until he encounters a masked tree spirit named Little Tree beneath a large tree. The two form a friendship that eventually draws three other children into a self-styled group called the Little Tree Defense Squad, devoted to protecting their hidden green sanctuary. When humans move to destroy the tree, Little Tree is compelled to return to the forest. Faced with losing his first real friend, Chubby acts on his own initiative for the first time, setting out to find Little Tree and preserve what they built together.
