Match Monde

Match Monde (マッチモンド) is a Japanese film scheduled for release on July 6, 2026. The film follows Kagome Mahiro, an 18-year-old school dropout, who intervenes when a highschooler named Mikio is harassed by a group of delinquents using the Match-to-Match app — a platform through which participants arrange and record street fights in pursuit of money and fame. The encounter draws both Kagome and Mikio into an escalating series of confrontations tied to the app's underground community.
