Lost Men

Lost Men, also known by its Spanish title Hombres Perdidos, is a documentary produced by Blue Paradox Films scheduled for release on July 31, 2026. The film centers on the director's personal reckoning after his father disclosed that his late grandfather — a Costa Rican man who was married for 57 years and died in a fire in 2019 — was gay, a fact that mirrors the director's own identity. Father and son revisit the grandfather's life together, framing the inquiry as a posthumous act of liberation as well as a process of self-discovery across generations. The film is in Spanish.
