While the Sky is Watching

While the Sky is Watching (Пока небо смотрит) is scheduled for release on May 21, 2026. The film centers on seven underground dancers — Alice, Arseny, Stepan, Timur, Kirill, Lyosha, and Kristina — who pursue free-form creative work outside mainstream channels. When an opportunity arises to participate in a documentary project and a television show, each dancer is forced to confront a question about their own motivations: whether they dance for public visibility or out of personal calling. The film uses that dilemma as its central dramatic tension.
