Ergolavos

Ergolavos (Εργολάβος) is a Greek-language film set for release on May 23, 2026. The story centers on Thanasis, a sixty-year-old confectioner who owns one of the oldest confectioneries in Thessaloniki. The film constructs a portrait of a man preoccupied with what retirement would mean for his sense of self — his daily anxieties circling around a future in which he is no longer defined by his work or his shop.
