Conversations with My Dead Friends is a Hebrew-language film scheduled for release on June 2, 2026. The film is built around a narrator's recollections of six people who shaped his life across different periods: Claire, a childhood love; Yonatan, a kibbutznik encountered on the day of military enlistment; Jacques, a painter put to work greasing cannons; Hanoch, a writer whose typewriter clatter filled the mornings as he composed a work called "Solomon Grip"; Shmuel, a chess partner associated with quiet; and Era, a film editor described as a cinematic conscience. Each figure is gone, and the film's premise is that the narrator continues to address them through memory.
