Aptitude

Aptitude is scheduled for release on May 17, 2026. The film is set in a near-future society where a virtual exam serves as the singular determinant of an individual's future prospects. At its center is a disadvantaged student who faces a stark choice: cheat the system or accept conditions structured against her success. The project was made as part of the American Film Institute's 2025 Directing Workshop for Women Program, an initiative that supports women directors in producing short and feature-length works.
