Publishers release tens of thousands of new titles every year across fiction, nonfiction, biography, and genre fiction. Most arrive without fanfare; a handful generate genuine reader anticipation months before publication. Incoming tracks every confirmed upcoming book release sourced from Open Library, a project of the Internet Archive, and ranks each title by a hype score derived from Wikipedia pageviews and community engagement signals, updated hourly. A novel generating early buzz from a high-profile author announcement or a major award shortlist climbs the rankings immediately — well before the reviews and bestseller lists appear. Browse upcoming releases by genre or publication month, or let the hype ranking surface the books people are reading about right now.
