Тихие смыслы is scheduled for release on July 4, 2026. The film centers on the cast and crew of the Nizhny Novgorod Youth Theatre, who are in rehearsal for William Gibson's play The Miracle Worker — a work concerned with the education of a deaf-blind child. In their pursuit of authenticity, the actors move beyond the rehearsal room and into the lives of a real boy named Petya, his mother, and his teacher. As episodes from the stage production unfold alongside encounters with Petya's actual world, the film traces the points where dramatic fiction and lived experience converge and diverge. The premise holds that reality resists the compressions and resolutions that narrative provides.
