Synopsis

In 2004, the national public policy for culture became the world's largest cultural diversity program, reaching 3,500 "Pontos de Cultura" ("Points of Culture") across Brazil. This experience is portrayed in the latest film by Sílvio Tendler, which focuses primarily on the outskirts of São Paulo.
